The ACC has released conference schedules for 2024-2025!
ACC schedules have been announced for next season. With three schools joining the conference, it is a much different schedule, with each team only playing three home-and-away series. North Carolina will face two in-state foes twice and gets the new schools at home.
Home And Away
North Carolina faces three schools twice when the conference expands.
Home Only
The Tar Heels get the following schools in the Smith Center. It isn’t the most exciting home slate, but all three newcomers will be in Chapel Hill.
- Boston College
- California
- Georgia Tech
- Miami
- SMU
- Stanford
- Virginia
Away Only
UNC will only head to these schools on the road.
- Clemson
- Florida State
- Louisville
- Notre Dame
- Syracuse
- Virginia Tech
- Wake Forest
Overview
Keeping the main in-state rivalries going is a good thing. North Carolina will get two games with Duke and NC State. Playing against Pittsburgh, things have been chippy lately, and the two have some bad-blood.
The teams the Tar Heels only play at home are interesting, with the three additions coming to Chapel Hill. Virginia and Miami also make for good games most of the time.
Finally, the matchups where UNC only goes on the road will be tough. Playing at Clemson, Florida State, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest will not be easy.
