The two-sport star will visit UNC on Monday!

A very important prospect will be on campus today. North Carolina native and two-sport star Kendre Harrison is visiting UNC. Only a sophomore, he has solidified himself as one of the most intriguing players in the country due to his versatility and impact in both football and basketball.

 

Prospect Profile

Football

Harrison is one of the best players in all of high school football. He plays both tight end and defensive end. 247Sports has him listed as the #4 player in his class, and the #1 tight end. According to MaxPreps, Harrison caught 57 passes for 845 yards and 14 touchdowns this season. He also had 70 tackles, 17 of which were for a loss, and eight sacks.

 

Basketball

In basketball, Harrison is a 4-star and ranked 30th in his class. He plays power forward and is averaging 17.5 points, 14.6 rebounds, and three blocks so far. Harrison and his team are undefeated this far into the season.

 

Harrison is listed at 6’7, 235 pounds. In football, he has offers from some of the best schools in the country. For basketball, he is beginning to gain more attention and already has offers from Texas A&M and Florida State. Harrison is a true multi-sport star who can play either or both. His Reidsville squad won the state championship in football and is looking for redemption in basketball after falling in the title game last season.
