UNC is the only team left undefeated in ACC play.

After North Carolina’s win over NC State, they are the only ACC team that hasn’t lost a conference game. When the week started, just UNC, NC State, and Wake Forest were left undefeated in the ACC. The Tar Heels beat the Wolfpack, and Florida State took down Wake Forest.

Alone At The Top

While UNC is undefeated, four ACC teams have one loss. They are: Duke, Florida State, NC State, and Wake Forest. Duke lost to Georgia Tech, but the other three with one loss and North Carolina have played each other, leading to this scramble near the top. Florida State and NC State have only lost to the Tar Heels, but Wake Forest lost to Florida State. UNC now has lone control over first place.

The Next Group

Behind the top two groups sit Syracuse, Miami, Virginia, and Virginia Tech, all with two losses in ACC play. Each of those has shown high-level performances but also been questionable in losses.

The teams with three losses are Notre Dame, Clemson, Boston College, and Georgia Tech. Clemson got off to a really good start but has lost three straight. The other three teams with three losses have really struggled so far.

The only team that has four losses is Pittsburgh. Another team that showed promise before conference play that has fallen off as of late.

Just keep winning!
