The portal has been active.

North Carolina has lost a lot to the portal thus far. Today, we will look at who is in and who is out. As things develop, we will keep this page updated, showing the movement going on. The transfer portal has very few rules at the moment. Players are leaving as they please, and that will continue until regulations are tightened. As it stands, this is a problem for every program in the country. Of course, the NCAA is in no rush to do anything. As time passes, it is likely UNC will lose more, but will also bring in a good number of guys. It was a similar situation last season, and with bowl games not even starting yet, portal season is just beginning. Buckle up, it is going to be a wild offseason.
