One of the top prospects in North Carolina does not have an offer from the Tar Heels just yet.

Jackson Keith, a 6’6 combo guard from Durham, North Carolina, has had a very good Summer. From just down the road, Keith is an explosive player with a smooth jumper that has racked up offers from most of the in-state schools and many programs nationally. Recruiting him heavily are Tennessee, Virginia, NC State, and Wake Forest.

Recruiting Profile

Currently, 247Sports has Keith ranked as the 66th best player in the 2025 class. Playing for Southern Durham High School, he averaged 20.7 points, 1.8 assists, and 8.2 rebounds last season. He has taken visits to Tennessee, Virginia, and NC State.

What about UNC?

According to multiple sources online, Keith is hearing from Hubert Davis and UNC. With him living in Durham, it should not be hard to get Keith on campus. In January, he took a visit to campus and tweetedThank you to Coach Hubert Davis @UNC_Basketball, Along with Coach Jeff Lebo and staff for having me on campus today. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and learning more about the UNC culture. Thank you for your hospitality, this was an experience which will never be forgotten!!”  Now that it is confirmed that North Carolina is making contact, we can expect for him to take more visits to campus in the near future.

Only a junior, Keith has a long way to go in his recruitment.
