Minnesota comes to Chapel Hill on Saturday, and it should be a good one!

North Carolina will host Minnesota on Saturday afternoon. This is the first meeting between the two schools ever. It is shaping up to be a good one, as the two have shown a similar style early in the year.

Betting Lines

Currently, North Carolina is favored by 7.5 points. ESPN gives the Tar Heels a 72.9% chance to win the game. This being at home is a huge advantage for UNC early in the season. Minnesota is going to run the ball all game long, and it will be up to the North Carolina defense to find a way to stop them. The Tar Heels struggled to do so against App State. North Carolina rarely plays a school from the Big 10, and with conference realignment talk hotter than ever, this could be a preview of a future yearly matchup. Minnesota’s offensive line has no one shorter than 6’5. UNC’s defense has a tall task (literally) ahead of them.

Uniform Combo

North Carolina will be wearing blue helmets, blue jerseys, and white pants. A classic look that you can’t go wrong with. The picture we used for the thumbnail is what they are wearing.

This game is going to be a battle of the offensive lines.
