Overview

UNC checks in at number 17 in the newest ranking. That is a four-spot jump from last week’s AP Poll. It is also a justified ranking as they move up, but not too far. The only team above them that lost is LSU, which dropped nine spots themselves. North Carolina will only have to play one team in the top 25, unless it meets Florida State in the ACC Championship. The team they have scheduled is Clemson, who had an awful performance against Duke last night. They were dominated and turned the ball over inside the red zone multiple times. North Carolina goes to Death Valley in November. This is set to be a fun season.

Playing like they did Saturday, North Carolina could find themselves in the top 15 very soon!
