UNC is getting a visit from one of the best players in 2025!

The number four player in the 2025 class, Caleb Wilson, has scheduled a visit to UNC. He is one of the best and most-sought after players in all of high school basketball.

Recruiting Profile

Wilson is a 6’9, 200-pound power forward from Atlanta, Georgia. He plays at Holy Innocents Episcopal School. He is a big and talented forward who has impressed in AAU as well. Right now, 247Sports ranks him as the 4th overall player in 2025 and the third-best power forward. Wilson has offers from Duke, Kentucky, Alabama, Auburn, and many of the other top programs in the country.

Long Time Coming

Wilson has been recruited by UNC for some time now. They have had their eye on him, and offered a few months ago. Hubert Davis watched him this summer on the Nike EYBL AAU circuit. His visit being scheduled further confirms the mutual interest between the two parties.

Scheduled Visits

Currently, Wilson has three visits set.

  • Tennessee- 9/30
  • Kentucky- 10/14
  • UNC- 11/11

If things stay like this, North Carolina will have the last recruiting visit. UNC can make an impression late and hope that it will resonate more than the rest. There is obviously still a lot to go in this recruitment.

Will this be another 5-star to join the Carolina family?
